UK standard delivery orders are sent using DPD Express. Once your parcel has been collected by DPD Express (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the timeframe window in which you should expect delivery. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order.
Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. For any further delivery queries, please email us at [email protected].
All Next Day parcels will be delivered by DPD Express and are guaranteed to reach their destination the following working day. Please place all Next Day orders by 12 noon the day before the item is to be delivered, to ensure that your order will be with you by the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
